This is going to be a non-alcoholic mojito. We’re going to start off with some fresh lime–always fresh lime. Then an ounce and quarter of simple syrup
and some ice, I don’t want to muddle the fresh mint. You want to get the flavor, the oil. Since I’m not adding alcohol, I’m going to add a little soda water. Add some more ice to it. Add Sprite. Oh, that’s a nice touch. Look at that. I can smell it, and it’s very fragrant. It’s nice when you use fresh ingredients. Here you go, a non-alcoholic mojito. And that’s what we call a no-jito. There’s no alcohol in there. It’s a
mocktail made fresh with as much love as any other
premium high-end cocktail, but for the designated
driver or the teetotaler out there. There’s something fresh and delicious with a nice presentation. Marco what do you generally sell the no-jito for? This sells for $6.
