Self Acceptance Hybrid Addiction Tool Box


hello and welcome back to hybrid
addiction coaching in the toolbox that we’ve been creating you’ll learn some
processes to really dive into your addictive behaviors so today’s tool is
self acceptance and those are one of those main thoughts that creates our
behavior in our life means our self acceptance of who we are as a person so
we have these beliefs and one of those beliefs come from they all come from our
influences from the past from when we were a child
this is cognitive paper therapy so when you start to effectively change your
self-worth as a person identifying those thoughts from the past that create these
non-supportive stories these limiting beliefs so how do you eliminate those
non-supportive stories and limiting beliefs is by accepting the fact yes
accepting that you have these limiting beliefs and these non-supportive stories
that’s the step that first process is to accept those processes accept the fact
that you are thinking this way and by changing the way you think about
yourself you start to change the way you think of the world think of others and
your behavior starts to shift so this process of self care self-acceptance of
who we are as a person will shift you towards your own personal journey of
self care to release these is by eliminating those
influences for one any kind of negative influence in your life that causes you
self-doubt self-worth issues you start to eliminate them and start to delete
them if it’s your family men you know in your family member or your wife or your
kids well you know what those processes will work through in a different video
because that will dive into your own reasons why you want to feel this way
because there’s there’s always a reason why we want to feel negative or feel
trapped in our lives so self-acceptance of who we are as a person first step
first process is accepting that I feel this way when you start to shift towards
understanding then acceptance of who we are and who the world is you can’t
change the world you can’t change other people can only effectively change who
you are who we are as a person so I hope you really enjoyed watching the self
