MEGAN: GARABEDIAN DESCRIBES IT AS A CHEMICAL-LIKE, MUSTY SMELL. AS FOR THE SPOONS –>>THEY’RE ALL MISSING AND THEY’RE NOT THERE, THAT’S A SIGN. OR IF YOU FIND SPOONS IN YOUR DRAWER AND THEY’RE BENT. MEGAN: GARABEDIAN SAYS TO LOOK FOR BURN MARKS ON THE BOTTOM AND BURN MARKS ON OTHER EVERY DAY ITEMS LIKE PIECES OF FOIL, MAYBE BOTTLE CAPS, EVEN A SODA CAN, ALL TOOLS ADDICTS CAN USE TO GET HIGH. >>OR PENS. MEGAN: THEY SAY YOU COULD TALK TO YOUR CHILD YOURSELF. >>I AM REALLY CONCERNED. HOW CAN I HELP? MEGAN: OR GET SUBSTANCE ABUSE THERAPISTS INVOLVED.>>IF THE PERSON IS NOT RECEPTIVE, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? MEGAN: FOR GRIEGO AND HER DAUGHTER, THE NEXT FIVE YEARS WOULD BE TOUGH. YELLING AND SCREAMING AND TRYING TO PUT HER IN THE CAR. MEGAN: BUT BRITTANY FINALLY CAME HOME AND IS NOW FOUR MONTHS SOBER. GRIEGO SAYS KNOW THE SIGNS AND GET HELP FAST. SO MAYBE YOUR FAMILY DOESN’T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.>>DID NOT SEE IT AT ALL.
